Terms of Use for Epic Axe Throwing

Welcome to epicaxethrowing.com and Epic Axe Throwing experiences (the “Website” and “Services”). By using our Website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Services.

  1. Eligibility & Age Limits
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
  • Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Participants must be physically and mentally able to safely take part in axe throwing.
  1. Accessibility

Epic Axe Throwing is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests. Our venue is designed to meet applicable standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us before your visit so we can accommodate you.

  1. Health & Safety

You agree to:

  • Follow all instructions from Epic Axe Throwing staff and wear appropriate attire (including closed-toe shoes).
  • Refrain from participating if under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
  • Inform us of any medical conditions that could impact participation.
  • Understand that Epic Axe Throwing reserves the right to refuse participation if, in our judgment, it may jeopardize health or safety.
  1. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & No-Show Policy
  • Bookings are made via our online booking system and payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellations

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • Free rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled session, subject to availability.

No-shows / Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late after your scheduled time, your session may be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
  • Late arrivals may also have the time deducted from their axe throwing session, which is 60 minutes total.
  1. Cancellation by Us

Epic Axe Throwing may cancel or modify your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety, staff availability). In such cases, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

  1. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
  • Assumption of Risk: Axe throwing is a physical activity that involves inherent risks, including potential injury.
  • By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, including injury or damage.
  • Waiver: You waive and release Epic Axe Throwing, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during participation, regardless of cause.
  • Epic Axe Throwing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
  1. Code of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Treat our staff, property, and other guests respectfully.
  • Not remove, damage, or misuse equipment, targets, or décor.
  1. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, and event designs, is owned by Epic Axe Throwing and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
