Chino’s first shift behind a bar came at just 15 years old at a matinee nightclub that served only sodas and juices. Since then, he’s worked in restaurants and bars around the world, always finding that bartending was the easiest way to connect with new people and new cities—even in places where he didn’t yet speak the language.
Over the years, Chino studied, experimented, and learned from mentors across the industry. Today, his personal style blends art, science, creativity, and hospitality.
